Local Contract Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Case Manager RN for a 13-week contract assignment at a leading academic health system in Greenville, South Carolina. This health system provides access to primary, specialty, tertiary, and urgent care, all within one complete health system. Our client is a Level I trauma center, and is consistently recognized for its quality, safety, and exceptional patient care.

ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Certifications Required Excellent attention to detail needed in ensuring patient safety and quality monitoring. 2 years experience in Case Management and Discharge Planning in an Acute Care setting Working knowledge of the insurance industry and government reimbursement Current licensure in a clinical discipline per state guidelines (RN, RT, SW preferred) Nucleus Healthcare Job ID.
