RFS Retrieval Nurse Position Available In Greenwood, South Carolina

Full Time, 1st Shift, 8:00-4:30p, Monday-Friday

• This position will be in the Ready for Surgery Department at Tower Point
• The retrievals nurse plays a vital role in preparing patients for surgical procedures by retrieving and reviewing essential preoperative documentation.

This includes medical histories, laboratory results, imaging, and clearances from various specialties. The nurse ensures that all required information is complete, accurate, and available to the surgical and anesthesia teams ahead of scheduled procedures. Participates in any other job related duties directed by the Practice Manager or Director. Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in pre-op, perioperative, or surgical settings.
• Strong understanding of preoperative processes and surgical workflows.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (RHR/EMR).
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
