Collaborates with physicians andmultidisciplinary team members. Identifies patient carerequirements by establishing personal rapport with patients andtheir families. Assures quality of care by adhering to therapeuticstandards; measuring health outcomes against patient care goals andhospital or regulatory standards. Resolves patient problems andneeds by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
Requirement:
NJ RN License in good standing At least 2 years of experience as anRN Must have supervisory experience. This role will requiresupervision of our Medical Assistant (MA) team Administrativeexperience a must Excellent communication and computer skills
