- Administer vaccines, TB tests, and first aid with confidence and care
- Track COVID cases, manage exposures, and coordinate physician follow-up
- Keep infection control sharp and compliant with DHEC, HRSA, and CDC standardsWellness Leadership
- Lead health orientations for new hires with a warm and professional approach
- Conduct monthly workplace safety and health assessments at SMF sites
- Follow up with employees who are sick, exposed, or returning to workEducation and Empowerment
- Provide staff training on PPE, infection prevention, and healthy practices
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for health-related questions and guidance
- Promote a culture of prevention and well-being across departmentsDocumentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee health files
- Complete DHEC 300s, TB questionnaires, and other compliance reports
- Support internal audits and regulatory surveys when neededWhat We’re Looking For
- Active RN or LPN license in South Carolina
- 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience (occupational health experience a plus
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication skills and a positive, people-first attitude
- Proficiency with EMR systems and a sharp eye for detail
