Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus Based on Eligibility RN Med SurgFull Time Days Position Summary This role provides direct clinicalpatient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing,planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients ona per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible forsupervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. Therole is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe andappropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, andappropriate resource management related to patient care.

THE RN MEDSURG FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION,LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

Education Required:

Graduated from state approved school of nursing or an accreditedschool

Preferred:

Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree)

Certification Required:

Must be currentlylicensed, certified or registered to practice profession asrequired by law, regulation in state of practice or policy.
