Home Health Caregiver All In Love Care LLC Lancaster, SC 29720 Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including urgent care, medical offices, and teaching hospitals. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to perform physical examinations, and a commitment to patient education and community health. client is near old Hickory Road, Lancaster SC Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments of patients. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Provide emergency medicine support and interventions when necessary. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies. Assist in urgent care situations and provide triage as needed. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in community health initiatives and home community care programs. Stay informed about workers’ compensation law as it pertains to patient care. Experience A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required. Experience in emergency medicine or urgent care is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CT procedures is a plus. Previous experience in a teaching hospital or medical office setting is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team are essential.
