Role:
Sanders Search Group, Inc. is looking for experienced and resilient RNs to provide high-quality medical and mental health care in correctional facilities and behavioral health settings. Responsibilities:
Assess, monitor, and triage patients with acute and chronic medical or psychiatric conditions Administer medications, IV therapy, and crisis interventions per physician orders Respond to psychiatric and medical emergencies, providing appropriate interventions Work closely with correctional staff, psychiatrists, and mental health professionals Conduct suicide risk assessments, mental health screenings, and crisis stabilization Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with facility protocols Educate patients on medication management, disease prevention, and wellness Ensure safety protocols are followed to protect staff and patients
What We’re Looking For:
Active & Unrestricted RN License
- Must be in good standing 1+ years of experience in corrections, psychiatric nursing, or emergency care preferred Ability to assess, de-escalate, and manage crisis situations
BLS & ACLS
