• Bishopville, SC Kirkland Correctional Institution
• Columbia, SC Turbeville Correctional Institution
• Turbeville, SC Other surrounding SCDC facilities Training Requirements Mandatory 2-week orientation Week 1: Columbia, SC Week 2: On-site at assigned facility Training dates will be provided once cleared and approved Key Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and routine health screenings Administer prescribed medications and medical treatments Triage and respond to medical emergencies Educate patients on disease management and health practices Collaborate with facility staff and external healthcare providers Ensure accurate and timely documentation in patient records Qualifications Current South Carolina RN license (Required) CPR/BLS certification (Must be current; not provided by employer) Valid 2-step TB test, TB blood test, or chest X-ray (within last 12 months) Two forms of government-issued ID Must pass drug screen and background check (Provided by employer) At least 6 months of nursing experience (Correctional experience preferred but not required) Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
