Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients’ conditions and develop individualized care plans tailored to their medical needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patients for any adverse reactions. Monitor patients’ vital signs and adjust care plans based on clinical responses. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and recovery processes. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients. Document patient information accurately in medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Work Environment:
