• Job Summary
• Memberof the nursing care team. Provides direct patient care under thedirection of a licensed nurse. Provides patient support as directedfor a variety of activities including (but not limited to):nutrition services, transport, daily hygiene, mobility, and datacollection.
• Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum Education:

• HighSchool Diploma or Equivalent

• Minimum Years of Experience:

• 1 Yearof experience as a nurse tech

• Substitutable Education & Experience:

• 1 Year of experience can be substituted for Certification as aNursing Assistant or successful completion of fundamentals ofnursing course

• Required Certifications/Licensure:

• BLS requiredwithin the first 90 days of hire

• Required Training:
