Lexington Regional Rehabilitation Hospita l is a 36-bed stand-alone inpatient rehabilitation hospital that took their first 2 patients on 8/1! We provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients who are often recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions. Utilize EHR systems to document patient information accurately. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans. Ensure adherence to basic life support protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients. Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge. #
