RN Weekend Baylor Position 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars 2101 Dutch Fork Rd, Chapin, SC 29036 The Weekend Plan (Baylor plan) is a staffing schedule designated for RN teammates that work weekends only. Work two 12/hr shifts (24 hours) Sat/Sun – paid for 36 hours Day shift is 7a-7p. Night shift is 7p-7a. Eligible for Full-time benefits. The Heritage at Lowman Retirement Community is a faith-based non-profit organization looking for compassionate, caring professionals who dedicate themselves to providing quality care and promoting the highest in customer service. Located in the Midlands of South Carolina near the shores of beautiful Lake Murray, the Heritage at Lowman is a growing, robust community of active senior adults. We are currently recruiting for Registered Nurses (RN for our Weekend Baylor plan). The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for insuring and providing quality and consistent resident care including medical applications/treatments and/or medications as well as coordinating interdisciplinary plan(s) of care and interpreting this level of care for individual Residents based on their specific needs. Responsible for supervising nursing staff on assigned hall/unit.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Licensed to practice as an RN in the State of South Carolina Must maintain current SC RN license and CPR certification Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and authority when circumstances warrant such action Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to residential care Must possess leadership, supervisory and authority ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition Come join our team and find personal and professional satisfaction as you share your talents and skills with us.
