We are actively interviewing compassionate and motivated psychiatric nurse practitioners to perform consultations in various environments including nursing homes and assisted living facilities. A qualified provider willing to see patients in the UpState area. Requirements:
Round at assigned facilities and manage the psychiatric and mental health needs of this fragile population. Work closely and collaboratively with the OnSite team, nursing home staff, residents, and families. Proactively follow up with patients and assess the efficacy of recommended interventions. Provide education on best practices. Integrate pharmacological and behavioral interventions, emphasizing non-pharmacological treatments whenever possible.
The Candidate:
Master of Science in Nursing with a PMHNP certification Active License in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, or Tennessee depending on location Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Strong patient assessment skills. Strong, ambitious, patient-centric work ethic. Strong Mental Health Background Active License or Able to obtain in South Carolina Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Strong patient assessment skills.
