Qualifications:
A heart to serve patients and families and a passion forproviding the best possible care
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma,Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
Experience:
2 years experience within the last 5 years inchronic disease management/long-term care. Hospice backgroundpreferred.
Required:
Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend,move intermittently and lift at least 25lbs.
