The Oaks Post Acute is a pristine 122 bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Orangeburg, SC. Are you looking to make a difference in the lives of those we serve? RN:

Coordinate and oversee the care of residents with a focus on dignity and safety Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized resident care plans Supervise CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality care is delivered Respond to changes in residents’ conditions and communicate effectively with physicians, families, and team members Maintain accurate, detailed medical records and documentation Foster a warm, supportive environment for residents and their loved ones ✅

What You’ll Need:

Current RN license in the state of SC Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented mindset Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred — but we welcome all backgrounds! ????
