Education:
GraduateofanaccreditedCertificate,Diploma,AssociateorBaccalaureateSchoolofNursing.
Experience:
2yearsexperiencewithinthelast5yearsinchronicdiseasemanagement/long-termcare.
Hospicebackgroundpreferred.
Required:
Reliabletransportation.
Abilitytosit,stand,bend,moveintermittentlyandliftatleast25lbs.
