Job Description
Fleetwood Post Acute is a 103-bed skilled nursing facility located in Easley, South Carolina, and just 15 minutes from the Greenville metro. Current CPR certification Experience with PCC preferred Your day to day: You’ll provide direct, compassionate care to our residents by ensuring their care plans are carried out appropriately. You’ll supervise our nursing assistants to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
