20hr per week Part-Time Infusion Nurse. The ideal candidate should be very experienced with in-home infusions and wound care. This position will communicate with providers pertaining to medical orders as well as intake and reassessments. Other tasks will include assisting the Director of Nursing with various nursing administrative tasks. Responsibilities Administer in-home infusion therapies and manage patient care, ensuring adherence to protocols for catheterization and IV insertion. Conduct thorough patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and provide wound care as needed. Utilize electronic charting systems for accurate documentation and communication with healthcare teams. Educate patients and families on care plans, including tube feeding and medication management. Maintain compliance with safety and health regulations while delivering compassionate care. Qualifications Current RN License Proficient in catheterization and IV insertion Strong patient care and assessment skills Knowledge of physiology and tube feeding techniques Experience with EHR systems, including Epic and Cerner Familiarity with wound care practices Critical care experience and long-term care background preferred Ability to manage airway and provide health coaching in home settings
