Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients’ conditions upon admission and develop individualized care plans tailored to their critical needs. Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians while closely monitoring patient responses. Operate advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and hemodynamic monitors to support patient recovery.
