Registered Nurse (RN) – Cath Lab Join our team as a skilledRegistered Nurse (RN) in the Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab),where you will provide critical care to patients undergoingcardiovascular procedures such as angioplasties or stentplacements. This role involves working closely with cardiologistsand healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
KeyResponsibilities:
Prepare patients for cath lab procedures by assessing theirhealth status, explaining the process, and ensuring informedconsent. Assist cardiologists during procedures by monitoring patients’vital signs and maintaining a sterile environment. Administer medications and monitor patients for any adversereactions during procedures. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualizedcare plans for patients recovering from cath lab procedures. Educate patients and families on post-procedure careinstructions and follow-up appointments. Document patient information accurately in medical records,ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
