As a hospice and palliative care nursepractitioner, you’ll provide patients with diagnosis, treatment,and care under the supervision of a physician. Qualifications:

A heart to servepatients and families and a passion for providing the best possiblecare

Education:

Graduate of an accredited masters, post masters, ordoctoral nursing program with formal preparation as a NursePractitioner.

Licensure:

Current unencumbered licensure as anAdvanced Practice Registered Nurse with designation as a NursePractitioner. Current prescriptive authority with full DEAprivileges. Must achieve and maintain national certification in theNurse Practitioner specialty

Experience:

2 years experience withinthe last 5 years in chronic disease management/long-term care.

Hospice and/or Palliative background preferred.

Required:

Reliabletransportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittentlyand lift at least 80-100 lbs .
