ON-CALL SERVICE LINES
Urology, Plastics and Reconstruction, GI/ENDO, Ortho, ENT, Cardiology and more to come with current growth
ROLE:
While our facility will add beds, our surgery center is expanding and we are looking for specialists in the Operating Room As an RNFA, you will work alongside the surgeon in the operating room providing direct patient care. An RN will need extensive surgical experience and additional training to qualify as first assistants, and many nurses get certification in perioperative nursing or obtain credentials as advanced practice nurses.

COMPENSATION
Base Salary is $35-$55 per hour Plus $7,500 Relocation Assistance Comprehensive Benefits Package plus PTO Career growth/advancement opportunities Sign On Bonus
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate or Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and be licensed as registered nurse Completion of an AORN (Association of periOperative Registered Nurses) accredited Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) program At least two years of Operating Room experience and prefer certification in perioperative nursing Prefer supervisory training or experience in supervisory (not mandatory)
