We are hiring for Full-time days 7a-7p andFull-time nights 7p-7a. $3000 Sign On Bonus This position isresponsible for providing hands on resident care, proper and timelyadministration of medications and treatments, accurate verbal andwritten reports and rapid response to any/all emergency situations.

POSITION SUMMARY
: Responsible for delivering person centered carebased on the needs and interests of residents and members whilepreserving their dignity and quality of life.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
:
- Performs professional and restorative nursing services whichinclude, but not limited to, resident assessments, recording ofvital signs, administering medications and treatments.
- Keepstimely documentation of written reports and verbal reports ensuringthat quality care is provided.
- Interacts with the resident’sphysician, pharmacist and medical personnel as needed.
- Assistresidents with activities of daily living as follows in theguidelines as outlined in the Resident Care Plan including bathing,dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
- Participatesin and attend all required in-service training and educationsessions as scheduled.
- Other duties as assigned.

The physical demands described here arerepresentative of those that must be met by an employee tosuccessfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Thisposition is very active and requires frequent standing, walking,bending, kneeling, stooping and climbing.
- This position will berequired to lift or carry weight up to 50 lbs. and ability to pushup to 250 pounds independently.
- The individual must use properbody mechanics to assist residents in their daily living.
- Thisposition regularly requires long hours and frequent night andweekend work.
TRAVEL:
No travel is expected although occasionaltravel may be required for training sessions, continuing educationopportunities, emergency situations, and other company functions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Four year college oruniversity degree desired.
- Current state licensure as aRegistered Nurse.
- Certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid
- Twoyears’ experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Ability to read,write, speak and understand English fluently.
- Ability to meet orexceed the company’s attendance and punctuality standards.
- Ability to use Electronic Records and miscellaneous software andoffice equipment.
- Ability to understand and follow directions asgiven.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
