Promotes a safer work environment and reinforces health awareness to clients. Gives consideration to age and population specific education. Provides safe, efficient nursing care and maintains standards for quality health care.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education and/or experience: Current RN License in the State of Tennessee required. Must provide and maintain own nursing liability insurance coverage. CPR and AED certification required. Minimum one year RN experience is required. Two to three years occupational health or emergency room experience preferred.

Knowledge:

Knowledge in occupational health nursing. Basic computer knowledge.

Skills:

Good listening skills and able to articulate thoughts and ideas in a professional manner. Must be organized, responsible, motivated and able to identify a task that needs completing and work to rectify situation or find a solution.

Abilities:

Must be able to multi-task, work independently and as a team player. Must be able to deal with unpleasant or demanding attitudes in a professional manner. Must have ability to deal with demands of client while following Business Health policy and procedures. Must have the ability to implement program goals and objectives.
