We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Travel Correctional Nurse for a 13-week contract position in a correctional facility. As a Travel RN/LPN , you will provide essential nursing care to inmates in a secure, challenging environment. Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to inmates in a correctional facility setting Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical provider Monitor and assess inmate health conditions, documenting any changes Respond to medical emergencies and assist with urgent care needs Perform routine health screenings and exams Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Ensure that medical supplies and equipment are properly maintained Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and security protocols
Requirements:
