RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state. Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree is preferred Current BLS from the American Heart Association ACLS and PALS within 1 year of employment CPI within 6 months of employment A minimum of 2 years of experience as Registered Nurse A minimum of 2-3 years minimum as an Emergency Room Nurse
