We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with strong clinical judgment and a heart for hospice care. This is a 13-week contract opportunity ideal for experienced nurses seeking rewarding work in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Position Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of RN experience in one or more of the following: Hospice Oncology Home Health Long-Term Care Current RN license in the state of Tennessee (or compact license) BLS Certification (AHA required) Fully COVID vaccinated Must be proficient in: Using nursing assessment tools Basic computer operations (EHR systems, fax, copier, etc.) Mobile communication (cell phone/beeper) Reliable transportation required for community-based patient visits

What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver compassionate, high-quality hospice care to patients in their homes or facilities Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient comfort and dignity Educate patients and families on care plans and symptom management Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health record systems Participate in team meetings, care conferences, and continuous improvement efforts Why Join Us?
