Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice in Wound Care Reports to:
Program Director Wound Care Qualifications:
Minimum Education Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or RN Diploma in Nursing•Required Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Computer proficiency required.
Certifications:
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)•Required to be current upon hire.
Licenses:
State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure•Required Wound Care Certification•Preferred Minimum Work Experience 1 year nursing experience in Medical/Surgical, Homecare or Wound care•
