Key Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor newborns’ vital signs, respiratory status, and overall condition continuously. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by neonatologists and pediatricians. Operate advanced medical equipment such as incubators, ventilators, and phototherapy units. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for neonates. Educate parents and families on newborn care, feeding techniques, and discharge planning. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in medical records.

Work Environment:

This role is based in hospital NICUs, providing critical care to premature or medically fragile newborns. The position requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond calmly under pressure.
