• Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonalcommunication skills, ability to read/comprehend writteninstructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills

• Physical Abilities:

  Remain in a stationary position, move about,move equipment (50-100lbs), Pushing, Pulling, Bending. Thefollowing is a summary of the major job duties of this job. Otherduties may be performed, both major and minor, which are notmentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time

• Cares for patients by supporting activities of daily living andassisting with personal hygiene.
• Monitors patient stability bychecking vital signs and weight, as well as recording intake andoutput.
• Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, andrecords.
• Communicates appropriately to supervising LPN/RNregarding changes in patient condition, vital signs, or status.
• Follows hospital safety rules and procedures.
• Performs otherduties as assigned

Pay packageis based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject toconfirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
