Gallaway, TN 38036 Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including assisted living facilities, clinics, and inpatient environments. This role is essential in ensuring the well-being of our patients, particularly seniors and individuals with disabilities. The LVN will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient assessments and care plans. Duties Deliver exceptional patient care by assisting with daily living activities and personal hygiene. Conduct thorough patient assessments to monitor health status and report changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including botulinum toxin treatments when applicable. Provide nursing care for seniors, children, and individuals with disabilities in various settings. Collaborate with physicians and registered nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment options, and preventive care. Assist in the coordination of care for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Qualifications Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice. Experience in patient care, particularly in geriatrics or senior care settings is preferred. Familiarity with patient assessment techniques and documentation practices. Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is a plus. Knowledge of clinic operations and assisted living environments is advantageous. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a compassionate approach to patient care.
Pay:
$40.00 – $42.00 per hour
