Our Hospice of Chattanooga team is looking for PRN Registered NurseCase Managers (RNCM) that is ready to make a meaningful differencein the lives of the patients and families we serve in our HospiceCare Center!

Schedule:

Night shift position that requiresintermittent weekends. Hours are 7p -7a. We are looking for ahigh-energy, compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN)to be a Hospice Case Manager for our patients. Our Hospice RN CaseManagers plan, organize, and direct hospice care utilizing thenursing process of assessment planning, interventions,implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interact withpatients, caregivers, families, and other interdisciplinary teammembers whiles maintaining standards of professional nursing andclinical competency. Qualifications:

Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse. Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medicalsurgical/acute care setting. Hospice exp a plus! Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs,including background in EMR. Possess and maintains current CPR certification if required bystate. $31.00 – $36.00 per hour (Average Pay Range). The pay rangelisted represents a general posting guideline for the role and isnot a fixed offer. Final compensation will be determined based onthe candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and thespecific responsibilities of the position.
