Full-Time or Part-Time Faraday Health, a dynamic and innovative healthcare practice, is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing team. We provide comprehensive mental health care and cutting-edge interventional therapies, focusing on holistic, patient-centered care.

Position Overview:

The Nurse Practitioner will play a crucial role in medication management for our patients and actively participate in our interventional therapies program . This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting that values growth, innovation, and personalized care. You are also welcome to bring your own patients to our practice. You are welcome to do telehealth with existing patients while being present during our clinical therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide medication management services, including assessment, prescribing, and monitoring for patients with mental health conditions. Collaborate with the care team to deliver safe, evidence-based interventions. Participate in the planning and administration of interventional therapies, such as TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), ketamine treatments, or other innovative modalities. Conduct comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans. Coordinate with therapists, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care. Educate patients and their families on medication, lifestyle modifications, and the role of interventional therapies. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with clinical policies.

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner license (PMHNP or FNP) in good standing. Ability to prescribe medications independently (state prescriptive authority as applicable). Experience in mental health or primary care settings, with a focus on medication management. Interest in or experience with interventional therapies (preferred but not required). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful patient relationships. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
