WOW with med drawers, PyxisES dispensing system Scheduling requirements: equivalent of every other weekend (4 weekend shifts/4-week schedule) Floating policy: other M/S areas: general MS, Ortho, PCU (Progressive Care Unit), M/S surgical w oncology.
We rotate unless skill mix is needed.
Patient Experience requirements:
Bedside Rounding, Hourly Rounding with 5P s checked. Reporting to PCT s of known needs at beginning and during shifts, Check glass board for dept focus areas, Scrolling video kiosk available as well as email for update references.
