Day in the life of a Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN):
As aBehavioral Health RN at TrustPoint, your day-to-day will consistof: interacting with patients and their families, treatmentplanning, completing shift reports, rounding/monitoring in themilieu, medication administration, checking in with BHAs, followingup on incidents, completing nursing assessments and ensuringregulatory compliance, etc.

QualificationsMust havegraduated from an accredited school of nursing. Must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license asrequired by Tennessee or be eligible to practice nursing inaccordance with state requirements One year of nursing experience; previous psychiatric, mental,behavioral, or substance abuse nursing experience a plus CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required(training available upon hire and offered by facility).
