Formal Education /
Training:
1. Licensed by the State ofTennessee.2. Graduate of an approved school of nursing.3. BLSwithin 90 days of hire.

Handles/transports/stores/prepares/administers/solutionssafely in accordance with hospital and departmental policies andproceduresMonitors and reports patient’s condition, evaluatepatient response to treatment and modify plan of care appropriatelyand in a timely manner.
