Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordancewith established policies, procedures and protocols of thehealthcare organization. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record andcommunicate patient condition as appropriate. Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines forwell-coordinated patient care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patient’s discharge planning needs withmembers of the healthcare team.

Requirements Licensure /Certification /

Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date orjob transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Crossaccepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board ofNursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing ORRequired professional licensure at time of hire.
