Responsibilities:

Serve as the RN in the operating room during surgical procedures. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical team members to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical experience for patients. Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the operating room. Monitor and assess patients throughout the perioperative period. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate patient care. Adhere to established protocols, policies, and procedures.

Required Skills:

Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee. Graduate from an accredited nursing program. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an OR Registered Nurse BLS and ACLS certifications required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
