Local ContractTRA RN Non Specialty TRA is Tenet’s in-house nationwide contingent pool for Nursing andAllied travel and local contracts. Receive a greater level ofContract security compared to with an outside agency. The Non Specialty Registered Nurse will assume responsibility forassessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assignedpatients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role isresponsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care isdelegated. The role is accountable to support facility CNO toensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competencyof clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related topatient care.
