Job Description:

Perform comprehensive assessments of wounds, pressure ulcers,ostomies, and skin conditions. Develop, implement, and monitorindividualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Provideeducation to patients, families, and staff on wound care managementand prevention. Apply advanced wound dressings, negative pressurewound therapy, and other specialty treatments. Collaborate withphysicians and other healthcare professionals on care planning.

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility andregulatory standards. Ensure infection control practices andpatient safety protocols are followed.
