Travel Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated andcompassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/SurgicalTelemetry team on the night shift. This role is ideal for a nursewho excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed todelivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit,monitoring vital signs and cardiac rhythms
• Administermedications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to developand implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and respond tochanges in patient conditions using telemetry equipment
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, andoutcomes
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures,and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in thestate of Tennessee (or compact license)
• BLS and ACLScertifications required
• 2 years’ experience in Med/Surg orTelemetry required
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, andorganizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as partof a collaborative team
