Travel Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicatedand compassionate Med Surg Tele RN to join our night shift team.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of acute careexperience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced,team-oriented environment. This role involves caring for adult andgeriatric patients, utilizing Meditech EHR, and dispensingmedications via Omnicell.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliverhigh-quality, evidence-based nursing care to med surg/telemetrypatients
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data and respond tochanges in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinaryteams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administermedications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols
• Document patient care accurately in Meditech
• Float to other medsurg units as needed

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Tennesseeor compact)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med Surg/Telemetryexperience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Strongcommunication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work everyother weekend and adapt to unit needs
