Competitive + Benefits ✅ Must-Haves Active RN license (REQUIRED) 3+ years of healthcare experience + 5 years of leadership experience preferred At least 1 year of full-time experience in hospice, home health, or similar healthcare setting Proven team leadership and operational management experience Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and hospice compliance standards CPR certification (if providing patient services) Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation Nice-to-Haves Executive-level hospice leadership experience Business development background with proven growth results Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related field Licensed social worker or physician credentials About the Role We’re hiring a compassionate and driven Hospice Executive Director to lead our organization’s day-to-day operations and strategic growth.
