• The role youll contribute:
• TheRegistered Professional Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing andsupervising direct and indirect total nursing care responsibilitiesto identified age specific groups.

Utilizes the nursing process(assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating) in achievingthe goals of the nursing department. Adheres to the AdventistHealth System Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules andregulations of all applicable local, state, and federal agenciesand accrediting bodies. Actively participates in outstandingcustomer service and accepts responsibility in maintainingrelationships that are equally respectful to all.

• Demonstrates the ability to assess andinterpret diagnostic data relative to patient age and condition,including, but not limited to lab results, non-invasive monitoringdata and interdisciplinary team notes.
• Demonstrates knowledge andskill in the recording and accessing of all patient information inelectronic medical record according to policy and in real time.
• Promotes an exceptional patient experience by abiding to compassionand image standards and fostering excellent nurse-patientrelationships through effective/therapeutic communication with thepatient, family, and visitors, including but not limited to and asapplicable, hourly rounding.
• The expertise and experiences youllneed to succeed
• :• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in NorthCarolina• Current AHA BLS• ACLS within 90 days• Graduate of anaccredited school of nursing required.
