Our client is currently seeking a Hedis RN in Johnson City, TN. Hedis RN Contract Role Work from Home, must be local as travel may be required to provider offices/facilities. This job will have the following responsibilities: Individual will be responsible for request for records, scheduling appointments at provider offices for the retrieval, performing on-site retrieval of records at practice group locations and review and abstraction of specific medical record data related to HEDIS hybrid measures. The records will be obtained via scanning, copying, office EMR system, downloading on secure encrypted ironkey, or other electronic means. The data will be entered into a HEDIS software system after complete and accurate review.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must have active RN license in the state of Tennessee 2 + years of nursing exp HEDIS experience Regional travel involved Must be able to work independently and have excellent organizational skills Excellent telephone and communication skills required Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, is required Professional appearance, current valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for project participation If qualified and interested, apply below!
