Position Summary:
The registered nurse isresponsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluatingall care for patients admitted to the ED during his/her shift.
Training and Continued Education Opportunities for furthereducation and training are available to our employees. MinimumEducation Graduation from a school of nursing and have current licensureas an RN. One year Med/Surg experience preferred. Required Licenses Current RN license required, can be compact license. BLS required within 30 days of hire, or prior to completion oforientation if before 30 days of hire. ACLS required within 6 months. PALS required within 6 months. Advanced Stroke Course preferred.
