Phone Triage Nurse 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 740 Cool Springs Boulevard, Franklin, TN 37067 Franklin Dermatology Group is currently accepting applications for the full-time (Monday – Friday) position of triage/phone nurse . Our award-winning Cool Springs practice is growing and we are looking to add to our dynamic team. Our triage nurses are integral to our daily operations and are responsible for day-to-day triage of patient concerns and other duties as assigned. Dermatology experience is strongly preferred, but is not required. You will go through the training process to be a floor nurse for the first 2-3 months first to help fully prepare you for the triage role.

Applicants must:

Have clean, current Tennessee nurse licensure (LPN) and accreditation in good standing or a current medical assistant (MA) certificate. Possess a professional appearance, demeanor, and strong communication skills Truly enjoy providing exemplary patient care Be looking for a long-term career as a triage nurse Have experience/familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) system(s) Be able to thrive in a very fast-paced & professional environment Be able to multitask while paying attention to detail Be accountable, responsible, and reliable Be a true team player
