Pay:

$30-33/hr

• Mon-Fri Day-Shift 8a-4p
• Mon-Fri Night-Shift 7p-7a Maxim Healthcare is hiring for aRegistered Nurse to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients intheir own homes.

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan,implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or servicesprovided to client(s) receiving contracted services, as required
• Initiates the plan of care when directed and requests fromprescriber any necessary revisions as patient status and needschange
• Incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitativenursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals
• Intervenes as applicable in response to changes in patient/clientcondition and reports such changes to appropriate physician orsupervisor
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed,as well as, monitors and documents effectiveness of intervention
• Reviews plan of care and program protocols and identifies areas forhealthcare teaching/education, care coordination, goal setting anddischarge planning needs, as applicable

Requirements:

• CurrentRegistered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nursepractices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility RegisteredNurse (RN) contract or state regulation).
• Current PPD or ChestX-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN)experience preferred.
