• BLS and ACLS required
• 1-2 years Med/Surge experience preferred Department/Unit Summary The Radiation Oncology Department is a specialized team dedicatedto providing high-quality care to patients undergoing radiationtherapy for cancer treatment.

Our department works collaborativelywith the radiation oncologist, radiation therapists, physicists,and dosimetrists to deliver personalized care plans aimed atmaximizing treatment efficacy while minimizing side effects. As anurse in our Radiation Oncology Department, you will play a keyrole in patient care, supporting individuals throughout theirtreatment journey. Your responsibilities will include managing sideeffects, providing education, emotional support, ensuring patientsafety, monitor patient progress, and serve as a vitalcommunication link between patients and the multidisciplinary careteam. Qualifications and requirements Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess anursing degree from an accredited program.
