Job Summary and Qualifications As aRegistered Nurse, you will be responsible for deliveringhigh-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirementsof the department and the standards of practice for the relevantstate and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and thecare team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, andcompassionate care, following established nursing models such as”Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” You will also act as anadvocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying theorganization’s vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstandingpatient experience and positive clinical outcomes. What you will doin this role: Assess the patient’s condition during admission andeach scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting anychanges in patient status. Perform procedures, monitoring, or otherfunctions as ordered by the medical provider(s), and ensurethorough and timely documentation of care administration in thepatient’s medical record. – Administer prescribed medications,monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and take appropriateaction in the event of an unintended response to the medication.

Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patientrequests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolvingthem. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about thepatient’s medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possibleside effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring completeunderstanding by translating complex medical terminology.

Whatqualifications you will need:

Registered Nurse Associate DegreeBasic Cardiac Life Support, or CPR must be obtained within 30 daysof employment start date TriStar Skyline Medical Center is a 250bed facility.
